What's the weather like in the Red Sea resorts of Taba Heights & Sharm el Sheikh?
There is very little rain at any time, so the main differences in weather on the Red Sea are in the temperature as shown in the table below which lists the "average daily maximums" for Taba Heights. The temperatures for Sharm el Sheikh are 1 or 2 degrees warmer than Taba Heights.
P.S. We are frequently asked about snorkeling and swimming in the Taba Heights and Sharm el Sheikh and the rest of the Red Sea during the winter months. The swimming pools have a heated section, and the sea is still warm enough to swim in. The weather is also warm enough to lie on the beach all day without wrapping yourself in a towel, although at some point between 4-5pm the temperature noticeably cools down as the sun goes behind the Sinai mountains, and you will probably head for one of the beach bars for a cup of tea!
