This is one of the most luxurious hotels on the Red Sea with a huge amount of advantages. First the location - it is situated on the edge of Naama Bay which means you can have peace and quiet when you want it or go into town when you want a lively evening.

The Souk is one of the highlights of the hotel and in many ways what makes it unique. You will find Bedouin music, small shops and boutiques, and a variety of bars and restaurants, and above all a great atmosphere.

The rooms are deluxe and luxuriously furnished with sea views, marble baths and comfortable beds with the softest Egyptian cotton linens. You also have the option of upgrading to a Regency Club room to take advantage of the separate private lounge and evening cocktails.

There are two possibilities for water sports - diving or snorkeling. On site there is a dive centre which can organise something for every ability. However the snorkeling in this part of Sharm el Sheikh is excellent and as well as the reef in front of the hotel there are also boat trips to other coral reefs. If you need goggles and fins then just hire from the dive kiosk on the beach.

• Sala Thai Restaurant - this has an open display kitchen and is richly furnished with teak, antiques and art
• Café Fresco - watch your food being cooked at the open charcoal oven and the live cooking station. This restaurant serves hot and cold Mediterranean dishes.
• Cascades - this restaurant is set by the river pool and waterfalls and typically serves grills, light salads and ice cream.
• The Beach House - for healthy salads and seafood, this restaurant is set besides the sea.
• Tahinas is Lebanese and Arabic restaurant in the souk, while you will find entertainment at Caz-Bar.
• Olivos' in the souk serves Mediterranean food such as paella and risotto, and at Roti Roti also in the souk you will find traditional Middle Eastern bread making with various fillings, pickles and chutneys. Wok's serve an array of Asian food including stir frys, noodles, rice etc.
• There is even a sweet shop in the souk that sells Turkish Delights, nuts, fruits, cookies, pastries, ice creams and fresh fruit!

The Resort

• Sharm el Sheikh is the most popular resort on the Red Sea, and also the liveliest. There are a huge number of bars, restaurants, shops, and it is a diving paradise with world class sites just a short distance from your hotel.
• Because of the large number of places to eat, many hotels offer bed & breakfast as standard although there are upgrades to half board and all inclusive available in many hotels.
